Where are the products made?


All of our products are made by hand, with love, at our home based in Cheltenham.




What's the returns policy?


We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges & Refunds will be granted on products that are unused and in their original packaging in the same condition they were recieved in.




What do I do if my order doesn't arrive or my products are faulty?

What payment methods can I use?


We accept most debit and credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Shop pay.




When will my order be shipped?


As we're a very small company, we post via Royal Mail once a week. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you have any special postage requests please send us an email at customerservice@sweetharmony.co.uk




Are your products allergy safe?


All ingredients used in our products are listed. The majority of ingredients used in our products are natural ingredients, however even essential oils can cause a reaction in some cases. If you have experience an allergic reaction to a product please discontinue use immediatley.
